Each year in the autumn, we press and pasteurise several hundred litres and bottles of juice from our orchard. We consider it a community press and our neighbours and friends often bring their apples for pressing as well.
On Friday evenings in the warmer months, we light up our wood fired oven and the 17th c "linhay" becomes a mediterranean style bistro serving delicious thin and crusty pizzas. There is always a campfire and sometimes even live music. This is a fun, relaxed and informal evening.
Our stable has been converted into a pottery studio. It is used by various local friends and two weekly classes are held here. There are pots for sale in our house "shop".
